At our practice, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and professional support to help you navigate life's challenges. Below are the key policies and information regarding our services:

Virtual Counseling

We offer secure, encrypted online video counseling sessions. While virtual counseling is effective for many, it may not be suitable for everyone. Telephone therapy is also available. If a disruption occurs during a virtual session, we will resume by phone or reschedule the session.

Virtual sessions are especially beneficial for those with transportation issues, physical challenges, or who live in remote areas. To ensure a successful virtual session:

  • Find a private, quiet place
  • Use headphones for better clarity and privacy
  • Sit comfortably
  • Ensure a high-speed internet connection
  • Position yourself near the router or use an ethernet cable
  • Connect to a private WiFi network

Client Portal Access

To manage your sessions and account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Client Portal.
  2. Click on "Create Account" or "Sign In" and enter your information.
  3. Go to "My Account" to add payment information, view upcoming sessions, send secure messages, and access financial documents.
  4. Ensure your computer’s date and time are accurate to access scheduled sessions.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
